Job Overview:

This position plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance and operational excellence across international markets.

  • Lead and support global labeling updates for eyecare products.
  • Collaborate with a team of Global Labeling Managers, each owning specific products and country portfolios.
  • Report directly to the Senior Manager for Labeling Operations.
  • Engage with cross-functional stakeholders including Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain Management, Packaging, and Brand Development.
  • Coordinate with packaging teams across global sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement labeling strategies to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Manage labeling projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize labeling processes.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure seamless labeling operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards to ensure continued compliance.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sectors (eyecare or combination products preferred), including Quality/Regulatory, Operations, and Pharma/Device Regulations.
  • Proven ability to work across diverse cultures and complex matrix organizations.
  • Strong understanding of Regulatory, Quality, and Supply Chain implications in labeling, including non-compliance risks.
  • Familiarity with global standards and regulations governing Pharmaceutical, Device, and Combo Products, especially those affecting Packaging and Labeling Quality Systems.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Highly detail-oriented, self-driven, and accurate in execution.
  • Skilled in project and stakeholder management.
