Job Title: Global Labeling Operations Manager

Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global labeling operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans for label management across the product lifecycle. Your expertise in cross-functional collaboration, leadership, and project management will drive alignment among teams and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for label management across the product lifecycle.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and ensure alignment among teams.
  • Drive compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage label change projects from initiation to closure.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and complete Briefs within the Artwork Management System.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of Production, Design, and Asset workflows.
  • Develop and report performance metrics within label change execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Operations, Regulatory, or Quality environment.
  • Proficiency in English (written and oral).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in negotiating and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Leadership skills and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
