Job Description

About this Role:

A Senior Water Systems Manager will oversee the site's water systems, including process, foul, and stormwater. This involves managing contractors/vendors, system performance, regulatory compliance, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all activities related to wastewater systems and pretreatment plant
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors/contractors to meet departmental goals
  • Maintain high standards in safety, GMP, and environmental compliance
  • Plan utilities engineering support for manufacturing and plant shutdowns
  • Drive continuous improvements to maximise equipment uptime and efficiency

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in utilities engineering or a related field
  • 8+ years experience in engineering roles with emphasis on wastewater systems and EPA compliance
  • Strong knowledge of EHS, environmental licensing, energy efficiency, and wastewater systems
  • Experience in managing complex vendor contracts and utility service agreements
