Director of Identity and Access Platform Operations

The position of Associate Director oversees the team responsible for operating the company's 24/7 identity platforms and services. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the secure and efficient management of identity and access services within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team of identity operations engineers.
- Provide coaching, career development, performance management, and professional growth opportunities.
- Foster a culture focused on innovation, continuous learning, and operational discipline.
- Cultivate a global team culture, ensuring alignment across geographies to operate as one global team.
- Implement workforce management to balance workload, staffing levels, and service commitments.
- Define Tier 1 and Tier 2 support offerings, escalation paths, and hand-offs.
- Implement and lead processes for escalation, incident management, change management, problem resolution, and continuous improvement that enable the support of 24/7 services.
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, and at least five years of experience in leading an IT enterprise services operational support organization. Experience with IT service management (ITIL) and strong knowledge and experience in Identity and Access Management capabilities and technologies are also highly valued.
