Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects from inception to completion.

Job Description:

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control. This will involve working closely with designers, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing project plans, timelines, and budgets;
  • Coordinating and managing site operations, including labour, materials, plant, and equipment;
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies;
  • Managing risk and ensuring that projects are delivered safely and sustainably;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives;
  • Monitoring and reporting on project progress, including identifying and mitigating potential issues;
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a related field, such as construction management, engineering, or architecture;
  • At least 2 years' experience in a construction management role;
  • Proven experience in project management, including planning, coordination, and execution;
  • Strong knowledge of construction law, contracts, and regulations;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other project management tools;
  • A strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
