Project Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to play a key role in the delivery of our large-scale project in Galway city.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend project start up meetings and manage all Mechanical and Electrical aspects, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
  • Familiarise yourself with all project details and specifications, ensuring seamless integration and coordination.
  • Collate technical submittals, ensuring they are issued and followed through until approval.
  • Manage labour tracker and monitor team performance.
  • Maintain Progress Report weekly, reporting and managing any changes/variations.
  • Liaise with main contractors and site-based teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Oversee coordination and delivery of project plant and equipment.
  • Ensure adequate materials are always available to complete the project.
  • Develop and implement construction and commissioning programmes for the job, ensuring timely completion.
  • Manage handover process and maintain document management system.
  • Schedule project-specific activities and coordinate with stakeholders as required.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in Project Management, gained across various industries.
  • Successful track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience of managing large teams, including PMs, Site Managers, Foremen, etc.
  • Qualification in Construction/Project Management is preferred.
