Project Manager Leader

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee project operations, ensuring strict adherence to health and safety protocols
  • Monitor delivery schedules and mitigate potential delays

  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and contractors
  • Maintain detailed records, including labor/material allocation sheets
  • Coordinate logistics, ensuring safe and efficient site movement
  • Take charge of works from foundation through to 2nd fix, external finishes, boundary walls, paving, and landscaping
  • Utilize project coordination software to manage labor, machinery, and material flows
Requirements:
  • Trade background preferred, with solid understanding of residential construction phases
  • Strong track record in delivering quality results within tight deadlines
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with methodical approach
