Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced construction project manager to oversee large-scale building projects. The ideal candidate will have managed projects valued €20M - €100M from start to finish and possess excellent leadership, delegation, and organisational skills.

  • Create comprehensive project plans and schedules, implement them on-site, and manage the day-to-day life cycle of projects.
  • Provide visible leadership, chair progress meetings, and follow through with planned actions.
  • Liaise with design teams, project teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Comply with health and safety aspects of projects and coordinate activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Meet agreed objectives in timely delivery, cost, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently and work within strict deadlines.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in a construction project management role.
  • Ideally experienced in public contract construction as well as private.
  • Ideally will have some experience of managing the construction of residential developments.
  • Candidates must be capable of taking responsibility for multiple projects concurrently.
  • Third-level qualification in construction management or civil engineering.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of quality and safety management systems.
  • Good IT skills with the ability to generate detailed site reports.
