Project Coordination Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordination Specialist to manage all Mechanical and Electrical aspects of our projects. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time and within set parameters.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a thorough understanding of project details and specifications. You must also be able to identify and mitigate potential risks, as well as develop and implement effective solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Attending project start-up meetings and ensuring that all necessary parties are aware of their roles and responsibilities;
- Managing labour trackers to ensure efficient use of resources;
- Maintaining progress reports and communicating any changes or variations to stakeholders;
- Liaising with main contractors and client-based site teams to ensure smooth project execution;
- Overseeing the coordination and delivery of project plant and equipment;
- Ensuring adequate materials are always available to complete projects;
- Developing and implementing commissioning programmes for each project;
- Managing handover processes and maintaining document management systems;
- Coordinating project scheduling and attending meetings with subcontractors as required;
- Communicating innovative project-specific works to contracts managers.
