Job Title: Logistics Co-ordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Co-ordinator to provide exceptional customer service, manage ocean export shipments, and maintain compliance with international shipping regulations.

The ideal candidate will have +3 years of experience in logistics and forwarding operations, including customs procedures and handling of dangerous goods.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing professional freight forwarding services to customers
  • Effectively managing Ocean Export LCL and FCL shipments from start to finish
  • Punctual and flawless order handling and documentation
  • Fulfilling KPIs by submitting VGM through CNS & Destin8, preparing export documentation, and sending prealerts
  • Ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines while managing multiple shipments simultaneously

The Logistics Co-ordinator will also be responsible for operational troubleshooting, non-conformance reporting, and ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and trade compliance policies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • +3 years of detailed experience in logistics and forwarding operations/regulations and documentation
  • A strong understanding of customs procedures, handling of dangerous goods, and extensive knowledge of both LCL and FCL
  • Preferably a professional degree from a licensed educational institution
