Sea Freight Logistics Coordinator Role

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to manage shipment bookings for forwarding operations, track shipments from initial customer booking to destination arrival, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with vendors to arrange collections and deliveries.
  • Process sales and purchase invoices, addressing related customer or creditor queries.
  • Prepare quotations and handle rate requests.
  • Maintain an understanding of customs clearance requirements.
  • Support the development and expansion of sea freight services.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field is beneficial.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work on your own initiative.
  • Strong knowledge of all Microsoft programs & IT is beneficial.
