Job Description

The Accounts Payable Manager will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable department's operations, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.

This role requires a strategic leader who can drive process improvements, implement change, and enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team: Manage and develop a team of c. 21 accounts payable professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
  • Analyze and improve processes: Analyze current accounts payable processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Implement change: Lead the implementation of new processes and systems within the accounts payable department.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
