This role provides an opportunity to work as part of a dedicated team providing high-quality, trauma-informed care to children and young people in a safe and supportive environment.
Available Roles- Social Care Leader - Full-Time, Permanent
- Social Care Worker - Full-Time, Permanent
The successful candidates will be responsible for leading or supporting the delivery of high-quality residential care, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of residents during shifts, and maintaining clear records and communication with other staff.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of social care professionals in delivering high-quality residential care.
- Provide supervision and support to children in care.
- Ensure adherence to HIQA standards and child safeguarding practices.
- Maintain clear records and communicate effectively with other staff.
- Level 7 or Level 8 qualification in Social Care or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in children's residential care.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Full driving licence.
