Job Title:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to fill the position of Residential Support Worker.

Job Description

The successful candidate will work with adults who have mild to moderate intellectual disabilities, promoting their independence, community integration, personal growth, and employment opportunities.

This role involves delivering high-quality, person-centered services by implementing best practices and administering care to service users.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining administrative skills and utilizing IT skills effectively for efficient service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A valid full clean driving licence.
  • A Level 5 QQI qualification in healthcare or a related field.
  • At least six months' experience working with adults who have intellectual disabilities in a similar role.
