Senior Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage multiple client relationships and ensure that all aspects of the service are maintained.
Key Responsibilities- Manage functional teams
- Coordinate work, communication, and issue resolution activities
- Maintain client service levels by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of information and work products
- Provide technical expertise for the development of new products and services
The ideal candidate will have experience in a client-focused role and be able to work under pressure meeting challenging deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Degree in a relevant discipline
- Experience in a transfer agency or fund administration role
- Previous experience with people management and change management skills desirable
- Transfer agency industry and regulatory knowledge strongly preferred
- Effective verbal reasoning and numeric skills required
