Revenue Operations Analyst

We are seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to drive our revenue growth through data-driven insights and process improvements.

Job Description:

  • Optimize revenue processes to maximize growth opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting frameworks to track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide critical insights and analytics to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Leverage cutting-edge AI technologies to augment analyses and uncover deeper insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, business intelligence, or similar role in a B2B SaaS environment with strong business acumen.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Passion for integrating and using AI to uncover new insights and work more efficiently.
  • Strong experience with CRM systems (Salesforce required) and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience with revenue operations tools and systems (e.g., Gong, Sales Intel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
