Job Title: NPI Compliance Specialist

This is a critical role that plays a key part in ensuring the effective and compliant transfer of new products to our site. As a specialist in this field, you will be responsible for maintaining the effectiveness of the integration of new products into our quality system, ensuring that new products manufactured meet regulatory requirements and company procedures.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Maintaining the integration of new products into the quality system
  • Ensuring new products meet regulatory requirements and company procedures
  • Liaising with cross-functional teams to provide direction on quality concerns
  • Managing vendor evaluation and approval, technical agreements, and analytical test method transfers
  • Collaborating with QA, R&D, and other functional groups to maintain roles and responsibilities and identify potential quality issues

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A third-level qualification in a science or quality discipline
  • Minimum three years' experience in a pharmaceutical or sterile manufacturing environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong work ethic
