Assistant Bar Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Bar Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Main S Bar and Function Bars. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bar management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold the highest standards of guest care at all times.
  • Monitor and maintain food quality standards in the bar.
  • Manage the bar's inventory and ensure it is well-stocked.
  • Adhere to strict opening and closing procedures.
  • Implement and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the bars and service areas.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve excellence.
  • Assist in rostering and break management.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated strong leadership qualities.
  • A passion for exceeding guest expectations.
  • Ability to provide training to new and existing associates.
  • Experience in cocktail making and training.
  • Skills in maximizing sales through upselling and exceptional customer service.
  • In-depth knowledge of beverages and a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, with the capacity to perform under pressure.
