Senior Bar Lead

  • This is a full-time position, working an average of 42.5 to 45 hours per week, with flexible scheduling to include weekends and public holidays.

Main Responsibilities:

">
  • Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager on day-to-day operations of the busy bar service.
  • Take a leading role in the bar while on duty.
  • Contribute to the development of the bar trade.
  • Ensure service standards are met within the bar while on duty.
  • Prepare drinks and provide general bar services.
  • Train and develop junior staff.
  • Work in conjunction with the Hotel's Food & Beverage service team.
  • Provide exceptional customer care at all times.
  • Maintain HACCP/Hygiene standards.

Requirements:

">
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Senior Bartender.
  • Must have excellent customer focus and enthusiasm.
  • Ability to lead and develop more junior team members.
  • Leadership presence within the bar.
  • Availability to work late nights and weekend shifts.
  • Strong knowledge of the beverage/bar industry/product range.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
