Job Description

Are you a caring and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about working with children?

We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Term-Time Relief Team Member in Dublin West, to join our busy Afterschool & Holiday service. The successful candidate will assist with daily activities, ensuring a fun, engaging, and nurturing environment for the children.

The ideal candidate will be able to build positive relationships with children, their families, and fellow staff members. They will also lead and participate in a variety of planned activities, both indoors and outdoors.

A key part of this role will be bringing enthusiasm and energy to create a dynamic, enjoyable experience for children each day. Supporting children with their homework will also be an important aspect of the job.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily activities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for the children.
  • Build positive relationships with children, their families, and fellow staff members.
  • Lead and participate in a variety of planned activities, both indoors and outdoors.
  • Bring enthusiasm and energy to create a dynamic experience for children each day.
  • Supporting children with their homework.
Requirements
  • Fluent English speaker
  • At least 1-2 years of experience working with children in a professional setting.
  • Garda vetting and reference checks required to be conducted for child safety.
  • Valid driver's license (preferred but not required).
