Job Title: Support Worker for Vulnerable Youth

This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people in need.

Care and Placement Plans will be developed and implemented to ensure the best possible outcomes for each individual.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in creating plans that promote the rights, physical, emotional, social, educational welfare of each young person
  • Work closely with colleagues to provide a supportive environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum QQI Level 7 in Social Care or related qualification
  • Eligibility to register with Coru (minimum 2 years experience required in the previous 5 years)
