Marketing Effectiveness Lead

We are on a mission to deliver best-in-class marketing insights through data-driven analysis.

We seek a results-oriented professional to lead and execute our Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) initiatives. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working across teams to uncover actionable insights, this opportunity is yours.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end MMM project timelines to ensure timely delivery of insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, Analytics and external agency partners to align on objectives, project scope and deliverables.
  • Oversee the full modelling process - from data collection and preparation to model calibration and reporting.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks or potential roadblocks to project success
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights to inform and optimise marketing investment decisions
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing or analyzing Marketing Mix Models (MMM), ideally within FMCG
  • Strong background in cross-functional project management with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effortlessly and delivery of high-impact insights
  • Basic knowledge of analytical engines such as R, SAS, Python for MMM modelling and an understanding of multiple-variable regression modelling
  • Strong grasp of marketing metrics, KPIs, and performance measurement frameworks as well as experience handling large datasets and databases (SQL is a plus)
