Job Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a mobile engineering team and drive project success.

  • Plan and coordinate activities for the mobile engineering team on and off-site, ensuring seamless execution of tasks.
  • Develop detailed work plans to optimize scheduling and task execution, aligning with business objectives.
  • Review completed tasks, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Prioritize workloads based on urgency and resource availability, making informed decisions that benefit the organization.
  • Conduct site inspections to evaluate the condition of facilities and assets, maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Maintain and update safety documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Ensure site drawings are updated to reflect as-built conditions during and after projects, promoting transparency and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Third-level degree in an Engineering discipline or related field.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in an Engineering Management role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proven ability to lead and coordinate site activities independently, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
  • Practical experience managing on-site operations and ensuring Health & Safety compliance, upholding regulatory requirements.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
