The role of Practice Executive is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior partners and associates in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diary Management & Travel: Organise and manage schedules, arrange travel, and coordinate logistics for the practice.
  • Marketing & Business Development: Assist with the preparation of marketing materials and business development initiatives.
  • Client & Matter Management: Manage client and case-related documentation, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Practice Administration/Management: Provide general administrative support to the practice team, ensuring timely and accurate management of day-to-day operations.
Person Specification:
  • Proven experience in similar administrative or executive support roles, ideally within a legal or professional services environment.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with keen eye for detail.
  • Proactive, solution-driven approach with ability to remain calm under pressure.
