Disability Support Specialist

We are seeking a Disability Support Specialist to join our team in the disability sector.
- Empower service users to live independent lives in their home and community.
- Support the development and delivery of person-centred plans.
- Foster active citizenship among service users by developing community partnerships in line with their goals and wishes.
- Transport service users to access community resources.
- Be responsible for key worker duties, including weekly administration, advocacy, liaising with families, and implementing person-centred plans.
The ideal candidate will possess relevant QQI qualifications, experience working with service users in the disability sector, be over 18, have a full clean manual driving license, excellent command of spoken and written English, and previous experience supporting individuals with disabilities or in the relevant sector.
