About the Role:
- Lead Testing Initiatives: Manage comprehensive testing programs, including scenario tests and IT disaster recovery tests, across various locations and systems.
- Scenario Testing: Conduct advanced scenario tests that involve physical testing and systems-based evaluations to assess cyber resilience.
- IT Disaster Recovery: Oversee IT disaster recovery tests, ensuring they are effectively managed and align with resilience objectives.
- Testing Library: Develop and maintain a library of impactful tests that challenge our systems and processes, providing evidence of resilience.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with IT, operations, and compliance teams to ensure testing strategies are aligned with organisational goals.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure testing practices meet regulatory requirements and demonstrate our commitment to resilience.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with senior leadership to communicate testing outcomes, risks, and recommendations.
