Our organization is seeking a skilled Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations and drive operational excellence. This role involves overseeing warehouse activities, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and achieving customer service targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage daily warehouse operations
  • Develop and implement operational schedules
  • Supervise and mentor a dedicated team of warehouse staff
  • Liaise with Operations Manager, team leads, and customers to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Promote a safety-first culture and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
  • Manage documentation, reporting, and performance metrics accurately
  • Lead staff training and development initiatives

To succeed in this role, you will require strong leadership skills, previous experience in a supervisory capacity within a logistics or warehouse operation, and excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record of leading and coaching high-performing teams
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
