Job Title: Automotive Sales Professional

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by listening to their needs and recommending products that meet their requirements.
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date with the latest automotive knowledge and technologies.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols, and respecting colleagues and customers alike.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Proven sales experience and excellent communication skills.
  • ASE certification or equivalent preferred but not required.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and follow instructions, procedures, and manuals.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
  • Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
