As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping our digital strategy. You will be responsible for growing awareness, engagement, and revenue through content development, social media advertising, and email campaigns.

Digital Strategy & Performance
  • Develop and implement digital strategies that align with our business goals.
  • Define clear key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on digital channel performance.
  • Monitor trends and opportunities in digital marketing to stay ahead of the competition.
Social Media & Advertising
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns to reach our target audience.
  • Test targeting, creative formats, and messaging to improve campaign performance.
  • Support the wider social media approach with insight and best practices to drive results.
Content & Visuals
  • Drive high-quality content across web, social, and email platforms.
  • Collaborate with teams to create visually appealing content using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Evaluate all content for user-friendliness and brand voice alignment to ensure consistency.
Email Marketing
  • Plan and execute targeted email campaigns using segmentation and automation tools.
  • Monitor engagement and refine strategy based on results to improve campaign performance.
Website & E-commerce
  • Manage content and user experience across the website and online shop.
  • Use analytics to improve conversion rates and income-generating activities.
  • Implement SEO strategies to increase visibility and drive organic traffic.
Reporting & Analysis
  • Track performance using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Communicate insights and learnings to foster continuous improvement and growth.

Candidates must have proven experience in digital marketing, a strong understanding of digital strategy, hands-on experience with social media ads management, proficiency in analytics tools, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
