We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager Bid Writer to join our team.

Job Description

This is a full-time permanent position with opportunities to work on projects covering Commercial, Educational, Residential, Healthcare and Industrial. This role will have Hybrid working opportunities available.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating top-tier proposal documents by orchestrating and crafting captivating content. They will refine technical jargon for clarity, persuasion, and a client-centric approach. Ensuring adherence to corporate brand guidelines and bid management protocols.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Generate top-tier proposal documents by orchestrating and crafting captivating content.
  • Establish and upkeep a comprehensive database of case studies, templates, and CVs to streamline the proposal development workflow effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with technical specialists to tailor responses for tender requests.
  • Foster robust working relationships across all organizational echelons to foster seamless collaboration and information exchange.
  • Assess tender requirements and formulate compelling responses that aptly address client needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or other related fields.
  • Prior experience in construction/engineering preferred,
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in content creation and editing.
