Clinical Nurse Manager II - Day Services
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager II to lead our day services team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic leadership and operational management of the day services nursing team.
- Develop and implement health management, wellbeing, and health promotion services for individuals accessing day services.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes.
- Registered Nurse Intellectual Disability (RNID) with current registration.
- Possess a 3rd level qualification at level 8 degree or higher.
- A minimum of five years post-registration experience, including two years in leadership and management roles.
- Demonstrate evidence of continuing professional development.
- A formal post-registration qualification in Practice Nursing/Health Promotion/Chronic Disease Management or a related area is advantageous.
