Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Transformation Lead to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in delivering successful transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning and execution of IT transformation initiatives from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and progress reporting to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams and vendors to drive project success.
  • Drive change management and adoption of new technologies to maximize business value.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, preferably in IT/digital transformation.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure and security principles.
  • Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile is highly desirable; ITIL certification is an asset.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
