Job Overview

Reporting to the Head of Delivery, the successful candidate will lead large parts of multi-million releases transforming Core Banking.

Being "agile for the customer" is our delivery ethos. Using a mixture of methodologies, you will work with internal IT specialists and client partners through all phases of our Delivery Framework: Discover, Define, Design, Deliver, Deploy, and Operate.

You will collaborate with Business and Service Assurance teams to ensure smooth transitions into customer environments with minimal disruption.

We are looking for someone who can drive improvements throughout the delivery lifecycle and deliver business outcomes in an effective manner.

Responsibilities
  • Lead large parts of multi-million releases transforming Core Banking.
  • Deliver initiatives that enable clients' digital ambitions.
  • Operate within our delivery ethos of "agile for the customer" using a mix of methodologies.
  • Collaborate with Business and Service Assurance teams to ensure smooth transitions into customer environments.
Qualifications
  1. 7+ years of enterprise technology and transformational change experience.
  2. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues and strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences at senior levels.
  3. Interpersonal skills including collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation.
  4. Broad understanding of Application, Information, and Infrastructure technologies and practices.
