Data Operations Engineer

Our company is seeking a skilled Data Operations Engineer to design, build and maintain data pipelines, storage solutions and infrastructure.

Job Description

We are looking for a talented engineer who will be responsible for the performance, reliability and scalability of our data infrastructure. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, driving innovation and delivering value to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in database design, data modeling, schema design and data warehousing. They should also have experience in ETL/ELT processes and MySQL and PostgreSQL. Additionally, they should be self-driven and motivated with a desire to learn new skills and develop themselves and those around them.

The successful candidate will participate in backend application development, specifically all things SQL, and lead the design and building of new data integrations & APIs. They will also handle day-to-day data issues, bugs, inquiries, studies and other projects as needed by our analyst team and customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong experience and enthusiasm for database design, data modeling, schema design and data warehousing.
  • Experience and enthusiasm for data pipeline development & ETL/ELT processes.
  • Strong experience and enthusiasm for MySQL and PostgreSQL.
