Senior Quantity Surveyor Job Description

The role of a Senior Quantity Surveyor is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of projects. This individual will be responsible for interacting with clients, both independently and as a team lead.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contract Administration & Procurement: Overseeing contractual agreements and procurement processes to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Managing Client Relationships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster trust and satisfaction.
  • Cost Management: Providing full cost management services across all project stages, from planning to completion.

For this challenging role, we are seeking an experienced professional who can:

Deliver high-quality results while working under pressure.

Develop and implement effective cost management strategies.

Liaise and mentor team members to achieve optimal collaboration.

Effectively manage multiple projects concurrently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

RICS / SCSI Chartered status.

A BSc in a relevant discipline.

Over 10 years of relevant experience.
