  • Oversee customer equipment breakdowns, leveraging expertise in Fanuc & Piovan systems as a significant advantage.
  • Liaise with key partners to source support, parts, and technical documentation.
  • Maintain and update RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statements) in customer portals.
  • Administer calibration instruments and service documentation, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance.
  • Update machinery records in the software management system, ensuring up-to-date information.
  • Contribute to operational planning and budgeting, driving business growth and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, preferred.
  • No less than 10 years of experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment, with a proven track record.
  • Familiarity with plastics machinery, particularly Fanuc & Piovan systems, is a distinct asset.
  • Prior experience in maintenance or service-focused roles, showcasing adaptability and expertise.
  • Exceptional ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics, demonstrating attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, essential for success in this collaborative environment.
