Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily operations of the service department.
  • Provide technical assistance to field service engineers and customers.
  • Manage equipment breakdowns, with expertise in Fanuc & Piovan machinery being highly valued.
  • Liaise with suppliers to source support, parts, and schematics.
  • Maintain and upload risk assessments to customer portals.
  • Manage calibration instruments and service documentation.
  • Update equipment records in software management systems.
  • Collaborate on service schedules and contribute to operational planning.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with plastics machinery, with Fanuc & Piovan experience being highly valued.
  • Previous experience in a maintenance or service-focused role.
  • Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
