Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Toolmaker to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform scheduled tool maintenance and reactive maintenance during production.
  • Carry out incoming verification on tool spares.
  • Review and maintain plastic injection tools, jigs and fixtures.
  • Split, clean, polish, assess for wear areas, report on same, and rebuild tools.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records.
  • Investigate root causes and support corrective actions.
  • Participate in validation of new products and equipment.
Requirements
  • Fully qualified toolmaker with hot runner and valve gate systems experience.
  • Repair and maintenance experience of injection moulding tools.
  • Good problem solving capabilities.
  • Experience of standard plastic injection moulding, over-moulding, and 2-Shot moulding.
