Business Systems Analyst

Axiom Software Solutions Limited seeks a skilled Business Systems Analyst to contribute to the enhancement and maintenance of critical Global Investment business systems used by our clients and consultants. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Investment systems, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with cross-functional teams and technical experts to identify and document solutions via business and systems requirements and processes.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather project goals, workflows, complex business needs, gaps, and opportunities.
- Solve difficult problems through proposing insightful solutions.
- Work closely with third-party software vendors and internal development teams to ensure business requirements are met.
- Understand product architecture and functionality to assess feature requests.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, finance, or computer science.
- Years of technology experience in IT Business Analyst role working with Investment systems.
- Experience dealing with financial market-related data sets and asset classes.
- Strong familiarity with Eagle Pace is preferred.
- Proficiency writing SQL Queries is required.
