We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Engineering Team Lead to join our organization.
About the Role:- This is a senior-level position that requires exceptional leadership and management skills to oversee the Quality Engineering group.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving all assigned Quality Engineering projects, ensuring they are managed in a structured fashion and completed in compliance with relevant procedures.
- Lead and manage the Quality Engineering group to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective quality engineering processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Represent the team at key review meetings and provide regular project updates.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, progress, and outcomes.
- Degree in Science, Engineering, or a relevant technical discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in quality engineering, with a strong background in ISO13485, ISO14971, and FDA QSR regulations.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and statistics.
- Experience with validation and testing methodologies.
Must have a willingness to travel on company business as required.
