Quality Assurance Expert Wanted

Catalyx is a partner in delivering world-class lifecycle services to regulated and high-risk end markets. We are seeking a Quality Assurance expert to ensure the quality and compliance of our products and processes.

The ideal candidate will have relevant third-level qualifications in a QA discipline and 2-3 years of industrial experience in a QA role, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector. They will also have a demonstrable understanding of Document Control principles, Quality Systems, and GMP requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Quality Assurance support to Packaging teams
  • Evaluate and approve GxP documentation
  • Conduct Batch Record Review and Batch Disposition processes
  • Update Quality Assurance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Scan and archive documents as needed
  • Inspect finished products
  • Perform investigations into deviations and conduct Root Cause Analysis
  • Generate reports for customer complaints
  • Clear packaging areas
  • Suggest process enhancements

Requirements:

  • Relevant third-level qualification in a QA discipline
  • Minimum 2-3 years of industrial experience in a QA role
  • Experience with Batch Record Review in Pharma/Med Devices
  • Demonstrable understanding of Document Control principles, Quality Systems, and GMP requirements
  • Comprehensive knowledge of document control processes
  • Familiarity with current pharmaceutical industry regulations
  • Proficiency with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
