Hotel Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to take charge of our hotel team. This exciting opportunity is ideal for those looking to advance their career within a busy and popular hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional service for guests and visitors.
  • Take a hands-on approach, directly supervising staff and collaborating with department heads on hotel plans.
  • Facilitate regular department head meetings and work closely with marketing teams to generate sales and planning ideas.
  • Drive revenue growth initiatives within the hotel and local community, working closely with management teams.
  • Achieve strategic objectives for the hotel, while working with the team on planning and development.
  • Delegate tasks, train staff, and encourage initiative among your team.
  • Work with the finance department to ensure efficient purchasing and sales procedures.
  • Identify new business opportunities and work with management teams to adhere to industry standards and best practices.
  • Coordinate Health & Safety protocols in the hotel and work with department heads to set and drive team goals.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience as a senior manager in a busy hotel property.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Experience in training and developing staff and department heads.
  • Knowledge of hotel departments, particularly food and beverage, sales and events, and industry trends.
  • Proven track record of achieving results and meeting targets.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Previous experience working with hotel front office systems.
  • Excellent understanding of hotel financials.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
