This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned hotel leader to take on the role of Lead Hotel Professional.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in hotel management to lead our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement policies and procedures that align with the company's vision and goals.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the hotel remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Senior Manager within a busy hotel property.
  • Proven track record of achieving results and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
