We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Financial Partner to join our team at ICON. As a Global Financial Partner, you will be instrumental in providing strategic financial guidance and support to key stakeholders, driving informed decision-making and contributing to the financial success of our organization.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop, implement, and maintain financial plans and forecasts to drive business growth and profitability.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, cost efficiencies, and revenue optimization.
  3. Analyze business unit financial results and key performance indicators including the preparation of monthly & quarterly reporting packages and commentary.
  4. Work with Operational leadership and their senior leadership team to develop and build annual budgets.
  5. Make recommendations to business unit management for optimizing financial performance and achieving financial targets.
  6. Presentation of business case studies to senior leadership in support of capital expenditures.
  7. Provision of leadership and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
