Property Solicitor Role

We are seeking a skilled Property Solicitor to join our team. As a Property Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing commercial and private client conveyancing files, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex property transactions from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Conduct thorough title checks and raise queries as necessary.
  • Draft contracts and other legal documents accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) and billing targets.
  • Support the provision of high-quality legal services to our clients.
  • Manage caseload effectively, ensuring timely completion of tasks and attention to detail.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
  • Experience with case management systems, particularly Practice Evolve.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Motivation and ability to act on own initiative.
  • Organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
