Residential and Commercial Property Solicitor

The successful candidate will manage a caseload of residential and commercial property transactions, ensuring smooth and efficient conveyancing processes while delivering excellent client service.

This role is ideal for a skilled solicitor with 2+ years PQE in property law, who can provide expert advice on Stamp Duty regulations and taxation implications in property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing transactions.
  • Conduct thorough title investigations, including reviewing planning searches, title deeds, and mortgage documentation.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
  • Utilize case management and financial systems to maintain accurate records and meet compliance obligations.
  • Advise clients on property law matters, including disputes and investigations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two (2) years of post-qualification experience in conveyancing, with experience in both residential and commercial property transactions.
  • Strong knowledge of property law, including Stamp Duty regulations and tax implications in property transactions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Solid work ethic and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to quickly develop rapport with clients.
