About This OpportunityThis role requires an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join a dynamic practice, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, fundraisings, and commercial contracts. The team works closely with domestic and international clients across various sectors.
Main Responsibilities- Provide strategic advice on complex corporate matters, including transactions, restructurings, and compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, shareholder deals, and other contracts.
- Support corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory affairs.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- An Irish-qualified solicitor with significant experience in corporate law and commercial contracts.
- A proven track record of advising on mergers and acquisitions, fundraisings, and corporate restructurings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Able to work collaboratively within a team, prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines effectively.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations, staying up-to-date with industry developments and trends.
