About the Opportunity:

The Law Society of Northern Ireland seeks an experienced leader to oversee professional support functions including communications, digital services, and library services.

This senior leadership role will develop innovative services responding to changing member needs across private practice, corporate, and public sectors.

As a key team member, you will contribute to the Society's success, provide leadership during times of change, and engage with members to evolve membership value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for exceptional member experiences.
  • Lead and manage a team delivering communications, digital services, and library services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address member needs.
  • Drive innovation and improvement in member services aligning with the Society's goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in senior leadership roles within professional services organizations.
  • Strong understanding of member services supporting solicitors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills building strong relationships with members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to drive innovation and lead change management initiatives.
