Job Overview

A talented professional is sought to lead the production and review of statutory financial statements under IFRS and other applicable frameworks. This role involves managing the full audit cycle for both group and local entities, as well as supporting CFO and board-level reporting by providing insight into financial results and technical matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading teams in the production and review of statutory financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international frameworks
  • Managing the full audit cycle for global and local entities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
  • Providing expert advice on complex transactions, investments, M&A, and other strategic initiatives, contributing to the company's growth and success
  • Conducting thorough research and drafting position papers on key accounting issues, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Big Four training and a minimum of 3+ years' experience as a Manager/Senior Manager, with a strong understanding of IFRS and international frameworks
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to network effectively at all levels of an organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
