Retail Driver Opportunity

Our company is currently seeking an experienced Retail Team Driver to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for transporting stock counters to and from various retail customer sites/stores. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

The ideal candidate will have a full driving license, be able to stand for prolonged periods of time, and have basic mechanical knowledge. You will also need to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and night shifts.

In return, we offer a competitive salary, vehicle provided (8-Seater Minibus), driving time paid, expenses paid, progression opportunities, generous holiday pay, pension contribution, and eligibility for quarterly bonus (criteria applies). The Role
  • Transporting stock counters to and from various retail customer sites/stores.
  • Ensuring stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner.
  • Overseeing the transportation of a small team of stock counters within your region.
  • Following correct processes when notifying your count team of pick-up points and timings for each shift.
  • Escalating any issues with the vehicle in a timely and efficient manner.
